Hi:  I agree with the customer service issue.  Once I wrote an email to
Support and actually got to talk with "Eager Eddie."  How refreshing to get
someone who provided really good customer service.

The only problem I have with Type Ability is that you're confined to using
JAWS only because I don't believe it works with Window-Eyes or other screen
readers.

You are not the only one that has had difficulty with Marvel soft customer
service. We have also. We used type ability from yes accessible.
