Hi all,
I recently took the Microsoft Office specialist in word 2010 and while I did
reasonably well, I found the exam highly geared to the visual user and thus
the training material I have for the blind didn't prepare me totally for
much of the core material.
My question is whether anyone here has done similar examinations?
If so, where can I obtain further material to prepare me better for office
2013 training?
Does anyone know of an online training programme that works well to train
the blind?
Several years ago at an NFB technology trainer's forum I heard of a company
out of California who worked in this area, however they don't appear to
still be in existence or at least I can't seem to find them.
Any and all information would be appreciated.
Regards
Kerryann Ifill

In my opinion, there is no "standard" at least here in Wa, any format is
fine, so you can use excel or word and create tables. I always did the
latter...

Subject: [Trainer-talk] Report Format and Task List
Hello,
I'm writing to inquire about which format you or your agency utilizes for
your reports. Is anyone using excel, or is the standard to use a word
document with imbedded forms and/or tables? Would you be willing to share a
sample format? And is this the same for your task list and daily progress
notes? Has anyone attempted to set this up to work in either excel or as a
web page or maybe through a database?
Thanks for your time, and I look for your responses.
Cordially,
Nimer J
