[Trainer-talk] 2 questions--creating signatures in Outlook2013 and accessibility of CRM

I don't know about CRM, but have used the other two a little. LYNC
seems mostly accessible, at least the parts I have used. Sharepoint
is a more complex question. Each version is a lttle better, in terms
of technical accessibility, 2013 is better than 2010... It depends
in part on how it is used, in part. Overall though my experience is
that it may be technically accessible, by and large, that is you can
get to everything and identify it, but for a screen reader user, it
is a usability nightmare. The screens are busy, laid out differently
from what most people are used to. It gives you lots of options, but
as documents and sites perliferate, the options multiply too.
One solution some are using is Discover 508 from Discover
Technologies. It makes sharepoint more accessible to screen reader
users, but is quite expensive.
