Hello Conference Friends,

It’s hard to believe, but we’re only one month away from this year’s CSUN Conference! As you know, we’ll be at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego on March 2-7 for our 30th anniversary event.

Be sure to visit the  <http://csunconference.us9.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=33b760a1d53231c7ab745257e&id=3def8a281b&e=8479b0d70d> conference website for registration, new postings and announcements. Please remember that the schedule is subject to change and we will add the Addendum to the website prior to the conference to keep you updated with all of this information for your convenience.

Since there’s a lot of information in the newsletter, I did want to provide you with some quick reminders here about the hotel room block and alternate format materials.

I encourage you to make your reservation for a room at the conference hotel as soon as possible. There are still rooms available but we are getting close to selling out our block and we want all of our conference participants to join us on-site so you’ll be close to the action. Please call the hotel call center at (888) 233-1234 and tell them you’re attending the “CSUN Conference” to ensure you get the conference rate.

If you’re requesting your conference materials in alternative format such as Braille, please register soon to ensure that there is sufficient time for the preparation of these materials. We want to remind you that due to the long lead time for formatting, the Braille programs do not have the most updated session information and/or new scheduled events. We will have enough maps for everyone this year and will, as always, be providing all the conference materials in Daisy via download and CD.
