JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greenville is nestled into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain Range and is known for its outdoor entertainment and art. **
Determines eligibility. Designs and implements specialized programs of rehabilitation services to blind and multi-handicapped children in a multi-county district of Greenville, South Carolina. Provides necessary rehabilitation services to include counseling and guidance, evaluation, educational development and advocacy to consumers and families.
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's Degree and professional experience in Human Services or Social Services programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Social Work or Psychology plus experience working with children, counseling with families, developing Consumer Service Plans and coordinating community resources.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Travel is required and occasional overnight stays. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships is a plus.
