Silly questions.  Is it a laptop?  could the touch pad be triggering with 
the heal of your hand?  That's the only thing that comes to mind right off.

Hello everyone,

I have a new Win10 computer and am using J17, my personal computer, and 
lately, JAWS has been losing focus a lot. I restarted it but when writing 
emails in Outlook, it constantly loses focus. It was worse when I had a 
website open in another window. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?
