Well, yes it is a laptop and I have definitely wondered about that, however, I have a USB keyboard hooked up to it. However, it just now occurred to me that the fan pad I have it sitting on and which comes on when the computer comes on might be causing it. I don't really need it but I had a much larger laptop which tended to get too hot partly because the cat liked to lie where the nice warm air was coming out. Anyway, I bought the fan pad for that reason and just put the new one on there. I will take it off that pad this evening and see if that works. Hope that wasn't TMI! LOL.
Thanks.
Bonnie

Hello everyone,
I have a new Win10 computer and am using J17, my personal computer, and lately, JAWS has been losing focus a lot. I restarted it but when writing emails in Outlook, it constantly loses focus. It was worse when I had a website open in another window. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?
Thanks,
Bonnie

Silly questions. Is it a laptop? could the touch pad be triggering with the heal of your hand? That's the only thing that comes to mind right off.
