[Trainer-Talk] Advice for Upgrading to Windows 10

Dear Trainers:  

I live alone and have Windows 7, JAWS, and NVDA.  I have read and understand
Freedom Scientific's instructions about deleting old versions of their
software etc.  I have also heard that you can activate Narrator during the
upgrade to Windows 10, but I don't know the key stroke.  Can I do this
upgrade myself, or are there parts that are inaccessible?  Thanks.
