[Trainer-Talk] Quick Tip: Move Between Running Apps in iOS 9.3

I did the upgrade and it works for me now.

The four-finger swipe is a non-VoiceOver specific gesture on iPads. They
might have finally added the feature to Phones; I'm running iOS 9.2 on my
iPhone and the four finger doesn't do anything.
