[Trainer-Talk] How to make a document accessible

Are you creating a form or a document with a lot of charts and graphics?
Some steps may also depend on what version of Word you are using.  A text
document should be accessible without modifications.  Microsoft has an
up-t-date description of how to create accessible documents at

There are also instructions on the Freedom Scientific web page at

and I am sure there are other sources.  Those are the 2 I have used and they
seem fairly easy to understand and follow.  If you have any specific
questions, we'll do our best to answer them.

What do you mean by accessible? Are you talking about the ability to edit
the document, or interact with document elements?
