HI Sarah.
Why not just set up the Gmail account in Outlook? If you need assistance doing that, there are step by step instructions available somewhere on the Gmail website. If you Google "setting up a Gmail account in outlook" or something to that effect, you will find instructions. As someone who trains and works with screen readers, I found the instructions pretty clear and had no trouble with this.
Good luck,
Scott

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Gmail questions
Good morning. I set up a gmail account a few days ago. The shortcut I have on my computers takes me directly to my inbox on the website. It's accessible but takes time to check email that way. Is there a way to go to my inbox without using the website like I did with Outlook? Should I keep my Outlook account even though I don't need two email addresses? How do I delete that account? Thank you. Sarah
