[Trainer-Talk] Pen Friend two

Hello,
I have a client that was using the Pen Friend original.  She has well over 700 labels.  We have her info backed up on her computer.  She had to replace it once already.  She recently had to replace it and they sent her the Pen Friend two and she is having problems with the Pen not reading the existing labels.  She was just going to record them again but that defeats the purpose of backing up the labels on the computer.  I am going to call RNFB on Monday to see if she can get the old model of the Pen Friend but I thought I would see if there was a simple fix and she could keep the new Pen.
