[Trainer-Talk] Computer issue

   Good morning. I have a laptop running windows 10 and Jaws. The computer often freezes while I'm writing a document, so I have to close then reopen the file. For some reason, the book I'm writing now has squares in it, and Jaws will no longer read the file. It worked fine yesterday. Is there anything I can do to remove the squares and return the file to its original format? Thank you.       Sarah
