[Trainer-Talk] iPad with bluetooth keyboard instruction?

I haven't tried it but I verified that Talking Typer by APH is in the iOS
App Store.  That is the only typing tutor for the iPad that I know of.

Greetings! 
I need help in locating several resources for a student. 


1. An accessible tutorial on using the iPad bluetooth keyboard with the
iPad. Literally, the student is learning keyboarding skills and needs typing
practice.  As the student has no computer access outside of school this
needs to be done with the iPad and the bluetooth keyboard purchased with the
iPad.  


Suggestions are more thankfully welcome.
