[Trainer-Talk] Hiding text in Word 2010

Hello Barbara,

If you select the text you want to be hidden you can then use the
CTRl+Shift+H keystroke to hide it. The keystroke toggles between hiding and
showing text. If you have a document with a lot of hidden and unhidden text
in it, if you select all and then use the keystroke everything in the
document will be hidden. Use the keystroke immediately again before using
any navigation command and everything including hidden text throughout the
document will be shown. If you use a navigation command after hiding all
text then simply select all again and use the keystroke to have all hidden
and unhidden text shown again.

Take care.

Hello. I can see how to display hidden text: It's done through Options,
Display. How do you hide it in the first place? I've looked in the Home
and View tabs but have not found it. Thanks for any help.
