[Trainer-Talk] Jaws command question

Hello,
Which version of office are you using? Waiting for about 30 seconds or
so should cause JAWS to restart. Have you tried bringing up Narrator
with the win+enter  command? I recall this same exact problem
occurring when I was using Office2013, but installing Office2016
helped. Do you have this problem only with Word or with other programs
on your computer too? If it is the former, perhaps you might try
reinstalling it.
