[Trainer-Talk] Jaws command question and how to fix it

Delete the normal template and start it over--when using keyboard commands
and if we hit a wrong key--it literally changes the way your computer works
as well as software. Add in computer updates that don't agree with those
commands and more issues and as Nate suggested--do a reset which is very
easy on windows 10--start clean if you are having a lot of issues

Deleting normal template
make sure all office is closed
ctrl r for run dialog and type: %appdata%\microsoft\Templates
and enter

down arrow find normal and delete it, close everything then restart word
and set up defaults again of font and spacing and that should help a lot

another thing that helps is just do an insert f4 --he hates to be
threatened to be turned off and it kicks him into gear

another is insert esc to refresh him
