Rich-

I am not aware of a legacy phone that someone who is Deaf or Deaf Blind can use.
I have had success with Sprint who offers for the Deaf a Data package only for those who are deaf or Deaf-Blind to use in conjunction with a Braille display.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] cell phone for a deaf blind client

Good Morning All,
I wonder if anyone has suggestions for a cell phone that could be used by a deaf blind client.
They want something simple, and they don't want to use iOS or Android.
