[Trainer-Talk] Focus 14 typing mode issue

Hello Denise,
Is there a chance that the braille keyboard of the device is locked?
If so, while the braille display's status information is displayed
which includes the firmware version and battery status press the two
right most cursor router buttons together with the mode button at the
top right of the display.
