Hey Sarah,
Yes, on the Orbit Reader, the arrow keys allow you to move the cursor left and right while editing in its word processor. Left arrow moves your cursor to the left, and the right arrow to the right, respectively.
Not completely sure though if it works as well while using it through a screen reader like JAWS, although if you install the native drivers for it on your PC, there should be JAWS commands to get you moving through and using keystrokes to go along with the arrow keys. If you either google or look into the manuals for your screen reader or on an iOS device, you should be able to find the commands.
