Thanks for the book recommendation
Your question about building a tech solution versus training is indeed
thought provoking.As i look at it both are critical-building better tech
solutions that are more effective and easier to use is certainly
important.Equally important is the training and handholding that we can
provide to all visually impaired.Both these hence go hand in hand together.
