Though I might pass this along to whomever this interests. I found an article / post on AppleVis, which is about a way to learn Braille dot combinations as well as the respective contractions using Siri on iOS devices! Check it out. Hopefully anyone may find it useful and since we are dealing with technology tools that we are already using, just enhancing them further!
