[Trainer-Talk] Recommending hardware

Hello,

I generally recommend the Lenovo Thinkpad series because they are sturdy,
tend to be reliable, and the counselor/trainer can speck out the machine to
their desire. They tend not to be too heavy, extended batteries can be
purchased for longer note-taking, etc etc. Also, in Minnesota, I find that
those are the laptops generally purchased for individuals. Other than that,
I recommend looking at the client to determine screen size, whether they
would benefit from a full keyboard, their profession in terms of looking at
processor/ram, that type of thing. Failing that, speck the machine out as
much as possible, avoid Acer and Toshiba, and whichever machine will
probably work out for the best.

Just my thoughts. Here's hoping all are well.

Thanks.
