[Trainer-Talk] Regarding Heading Level Navigation Changes in JAWS 2019

This is excellent news; thanks David for yours and other people's
advocacy. Another good example is when using Gmail in a web browser, I
have been frustrated by the lack of ability to search by heading 1 in
a section for some time now.
