[Trainer-Talk] command for keeping format of numbers but turning off auto numbering

Thank you everyone--problem solved
get the auto formatted doc or format it yourself to see this trick
select all and ctrl x
ctrl v, then hit ctle key again for paste options open and hit  t for text
only
or you can alt h to home and v to paste and t for keep text only
