Get an audio mixer.  Connect the IOS device to the audio mixer.  Connect the audio mixer to the computer's microphone line in input or USB port.  Configure as needed.  Open Zoom Meetings.  Unmute microphone.  Then you should have the audio available to all of your attendees.

Thanks guys for the feedback. I have done some research, and as yet have not found a solution. A colleague and I tried using Google Hangouts, but we came across the same issue, where VoiceOver speech is muted when on the call. In other words, I could not hear my colleague's VoiceOver. I was pleasantly surprised to have such great audio on a Hangout call. I was also pleased to see that my Google voice number showed up automatically in Hangouts, but still looking for a solution to the initial problem.
