Here are some things I would try.

Pressing INSERT+W and INSERT+H will give you useful keyboard commands while you are focused within the outlook app. I assume you are asking about the Desktop version of Outlook. Also, pressing Insert+F1 twice quickly will take you to the JAWS help page for Outloo, and you can look for a link that says list of Outlook Shortcut Keys.

If you are using / teaching Outlook Online, while focus is on the message list or somewhere where Forms Mode is turned on, pressing ALT+SHIFT+/ (slash) will take you to the list of key commands for Outlook online that are provided through Microsoft you can use in JAWS.

I am trying to find any shortcut keys for Outlook using Jaws, but I have not been able to locate any to teach a client today. Are there any Jaws specific shortcut keys, or are there just shortcut keys for Outlook that work for any screen reader like NVDA and Jaws? If anyone has any shortcut keys I can use to teach my client I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
