Hello Dave and David.
Thank you both so much for your helpful replies! How I never noticed that this feature was there I'm not sure. I was able to check on this availability today on my work PC, and may start scheduling meetings from Windows again. I had been using Outlook for iOS. Again, I appreciate your responses, and I expect the employee I'm working with will also.

Take care,
Scott

On that screen that comes up, if I remember right you can tab over and see who is available at the chosen time. You can then adjust time or day, and check again. A little trial and error, but it works.

On iOS, VoiceOver will automatically speak whether everyone is available or not when you are setting up the time of the meeting, assuming you add the people first. Is there a way to do this with JAWS and Office 365? For what this person wants to do, it seems like this would be much more effective than trying to show her how to navigate each calendar on the network... I wouldn't recommend that to anyone unless you have a small number of people or for supervisory reasons.
