There is a general command. Some Braille Displays like the Focus have
additional 1 button alternatives. The general method is wh sign cord.
Meaning, dots 1-5-6 with spacebar.

I think it depends on the type of Braille display you might have. I found
this in the documentation for the Focus Blue Braille devices.
RIGHT SELECT BUTTON - Start or stop current action (For example, answers and
hangs up a phone call, starts and stops music or video playback, start and
stop the stopwatch, starts and stops video recording, take a picture, start
and stop Voice Memo recording, pauses and resumes Voicemail playback, or
stops custom Voicemail greeting
recording)

All,
Is there a keystroke for braille displays paired up with an iPhone that will
end a telephone call?
I couldn't find anything in the Apple documentation, and b-chord, z-chord,
or Backspace do not work.
Many thanks in advance!
Ned
