[Trainer-Talk] PDF File Reads Loops

I am working with an organization that has tried tagging its PDF documents
for the first time.  They sent me a document where parts of it read well and
parts repeat items in loops.  Page Down moves to a different section of the
document but lands unpredictably.  Can anyone on this list evaluate a PDF
file to find out what went wrong?  I'll send you the file off list.  Thanks
