Hi everyone,

Wordpress does have a plugin called PowerPress that works really well if you self host your podcast, but I would also look into Pinecast This is a podcast hosting site that charges $5 per month as their base price, and we use it for multiple podcasts on one account. I have seen both VoiceOver users for Mac and NVDA users use Pinecast, so I know it is accessible. We use this for the iACast group of podcasts.

Please let me know if you have any questions about it.
