Wayne,

If the student is on a budget, why not direct them to Computers For the
Blind http://computersfortheblind.org

The license of JAWS or Zoomtext that is chosen by the individual and is on
the machine, is free for the first year.
JAWS licenses after that are Home editions and are $90 and Zoomtext
licenses are $85.
These prices are subject to change by Vispero.
