Hi yes that does absolutely help. Would it be possible to schedule a call with you and my client so you can talk about your experience with her about World Services?

I found that learning as many of the short cut keys you can with Jaws will help tremendously. Also if you look at the help menu there is a subserve section after pressing the help menu in Jaws. Study that like crazy. When I was a student at World Services for the Blind. I studied that in my dorm room for almost 8 hours straight. Then reviewed 8 hours the next day. After that I took the certification test. I hope this helps.

> Hello all, I had a few questions for you. I have a client that might be sent to Arkansas’s World Services for the Blind for assistive technology training and certifications. She would like to take the Jaws certification test and we are working on ways to study for the exam. Are there any written resources or study materials that anyone has that can help me out? I am also trying to get Jaws certified and I would like a more structured way to study for the exam as the website is quite vague and not very helpful. If anyone has any tips tricks and any resources on taking and passing the test, it would greatly be appreciated.
