I use a Logitech HD webcam.  You can get one from Amazon.  You should expect to spend around a $100 USD for a decent one.
For bluetooth headphones, I recommend Bose.  They have several different models to choose from.  Bose has good sound quality and low latency.  They are not the least expensive choice, but you certainly get what you pay for.
