Hi Tom and a very happy Tuesday to you.

Having the all accessible calendar is a key, especially in today's online
world. The Google calendar and iPhone, let's start there. You can download
the Google calendar app and sign in with your account and work with your
calendar that way, but more preferably would be to do the following:

Make sure that your account is "added" to the iPhone and the calendar option
is "on".

Go in to calendar settings in your settings app and set your default
calendar to be the google calendar you wish to work with. This way you can
use the regular calendar app if you want and you can also use Siri to review
and add events to your calendar.

Outlook and Gmail calendars:

This may have changed, but the relationship with Outlook and google calendar
is a one way street. You can subscribe Outlook to your google calendar.
This means that any change you make on your phone or via the web site
interface for google calendar is reflected in Outlook, but you can not make
any changes in Outlook and have them reflected on your phone.

However, it should be noted that the browser interface for Google calendar
is very accessible and please feel free to contact me if you have any
questions.

Kind regards, Nik.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Outlook and Gmail Calendars with JAWS

Hello,
What would be the best way to make sure a person's GMail calendar is
connected to both a computer using JAWS with MS Outlook and an iPhone?
It is important that I can see the GMail calendar on both devices.
Thanks!
