This worked well for me using NVDA and Chrome.

1. Click on the link

2. Ensure NVDA says 'screen reader mode enabled'

A. If not, press ctrl+alt+z to enable it

3. Use up and down arrows to navigate between slides

A. If nvda says, 'blank blank' press NVDA+space to enable focus mode

B. if up and down still don't change slides, press escape a few times

4. Navigate between slides with up and down arrow, tab to each object on
a slide to hear them, but this might not be the best way to view the
presentation as a cohesive document

5. Enable html view in three  ways

a. add /htmlpresent to the end of the URL

B. press ctrl+alt+shift+p

C. Press alt+slash and type 'html' and press enter

6. Navigate between slides in html view with 'd'
