Hello:

     Perhaps one solution would be to use BootCamp and put Windows on the
Mac. Then the student could use JAWS or NVDA. I don't know how easy this is.
Could the professor allow the student to email the work directly bypassing
Canvas? I would think this would remove some of the complexity. Of course,
the last resort is a sighted reader to help the student.
