Hi Adam,
This can be done with styles. You can define the style for that document or once you set up the style, you can have that become the default for headings.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] fonts and headings in word 365?
Hi all,
I'm working with a client who is wondering if it is possible to have a specific font saved when making headings?
What he wants to do is for instance when he makes heading level 1 he wants the font to be 14 aerial red and for heading 2 18 Calibri.
I explained as far as I know you make your heading then change the font after for each heading.
Wondering if I am correct or if there is a way to do this.
He isn't using any templates, he is writing his documents freehand.
He received an email from mail chimp and headings were set up this way which I'm assuming maybe done automatically.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
