Good morning Tom.

You are looking at how to create an Outlook Contact Group. Navigate to the
Outlook contacts, press shift+control+l. A dialog opens that lets you name
your group and then add email address to your group.

Here is a link from Microsoft on how to create a contact group.

Take care and be well.

Kind regards, Nik.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Creating an address list

Hi,
I wasn't sure if this was the best list to ask.
I have a group of around ten to fifteen people that I will be emailing on a
regular basis. I use MS Outlook 2016 or 2018. Not certain.
Someone told me I could create a list with the names and email addresses of
these people and then just type the name of the list when I do my emails. Is
this true, and if so, where can I find instructions for how to do this?
It would help me out a lot!
Thank you.
