Hi, 

Navigate Excel with Tab and arrow keys.  You can also use the Ctrl + G option to go to a specific cell or to select a range using colon (:) between two cell coordinates.
Ctrl + arrow keys will navigate from one region (data island) to another.

To hear the column and row headers, in the cell where the desired column and row intersect press the following yoga hand-stretching keystroke: Insert + Ctrl + Alt + c (= column header) or r (= row header).
This gives direct answers to your questions, but agreeing with the previous poster, training materials and JAWS help files are the best resource.

Hi, is there a site or tutorial on how to use jaws and excel?  To read and navigate but also to have each cell say what row and column you are in when you navigate around within the cells.
