Thanks for reaching out with your questions. Yes, the focus commands for 
emulating the Windows+D and Alt+Tab keystrokes are indeed mentioned on 
the user's guide. Depending on where you look online, the user guide 
that is from the official Freedom Scientific page is below:

In the above link, if you look under the "Commands Overview" section, 
there are subsections for modifyer keys, windows commands, Braille 
commands, ETC. they will be explained and listed in tables which are 
neatly laid out for JAWS to read. I would take a look at this page to 
learn how to simulate the keystrokes you need and to refer to.
