[Trainer-Talk] Anything I can do?

Just as an FYI, I have exactly that headset and there is still a limited amount of blead over depending on how loud your JAWS volume is. Like I said in my last email, the only way I have been able to eliminate cross over completely is to have JAWS directed to a different sound device such as the earbud via the headphone jack.

Thanks, Nik.

Not sure what headset you are using, but this issue could be caused by your microphone being too close to the headset's earpiece. You might try using a different headset and see if that makes a difference.

One option you might consider, is a Logitech H390 USB headset. It is available on Amazon for around $25 USD.

HTH.

Hi,
I have a fairly new computer which is working super with JAWS. I sometimes use a USB headset mic combination that also works well.
However, I used Zoom for the first time, and everyone could hear everything I was doing on JAWS even when I was using the headset mic.
I checked my settings and also the JAWS sound card. What can I do to solve this issue? Are there settings I should change?
Thank you.
