You can go to heading level six. The shift+alt+left and right arrows works
for that. Thank you, David, for the tip.

Hi. Yes, ctrl-alt-1 through 3 will allow you to apply a heading level style
of one through 3. There is also a level 4 heading option found under
Home>Styles, which you can access via alt-H, L. Pressing shift-ctrl-S also
invokes Style options. After pressing this shortcut press down arrow to
arrow through the various heading levels.
The method that I personally resort to is to press shift-alt with right
arrow to increase heading levels and left arrow to decrease them.

Tom,

For the headings, it is alt control 1 alt control 2 etc.
Not sure how far it goes.

Hello,

I'm trying to format a document using Microsoft Word 365, and I am wanting
to bullet a couple of lists and use some headings, like heading 1, 2, and 3.
I found the bullets in the ribbons, but is there a quick keyboard command to
apply them? I can't find it anywhere. And, I thought there was a key stroke
for the headings and subheadings as well, like Alt 1 or Alt 2 or something
like that.
Am I off here?
