[Trainer-Talk] Favorite Online storage Platforms

Hello:

 

Our affiliate is looking at technology for storing and sharing files. We
want to be able to archive them but we also want people who need to use them
to have a non-visually accessible way to find them and conduct the business
required with the files. The four platforms we are currently looking at are
OneDrive, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Box. I am sure there are others
including Amazon Web Services. We are hoping that the platform will be easy
for people to use on all operating systems. We want the ability to set
permissions to protect the integrity of the data. Although const is a
consideration, it is more important that a user need not be technically
savvy to access files and edit or read them.
