Matt,

I'll add to that we need to teach people how to explore program interfaces,
both ribbon and menu, so that they can find things when they need them and
also insist on basic web searching skills (and, these days, AI query skills
for things like Copilot and perplexity.ai) which are turned to first,
before even digging in.

Regardless of what I'm looking for, web searching or asking Copilot is most
often the very fastest way to get exactly the information I need.  I am
finding Copilot and related LMM AI search engines absolutely invaluable
because you ask a question in an entirely natural way and the result you
get back tends to be both focused and correct.  And you have that answer in
seconds.
