I can also highly recommend the content created by a young woman who goes
by the moniker Thee Quinn <https://theequinn.com>.

She has done the most in-depth series of videos I've yet to encounter on
using MS-Access and has series on Excel and other Office suite programs.
Her content is worth checking out even beyond Office suite programs as far
as using them with screen readers.

Much of her work is done using NVDA, but the screen reader has a lot less
relevance than the keyboard shortcuts for the things being accessed with
the screen reader. Knowing how to do "the basics" in a screen reader is
pretty much essential before you'd ever launch into how to use any Office
Suite program or other really complex programs with one.
