[Trainer-Talk] Strange google Calendar

Hi Keryann:
I'm not sure what client or website you're using to access and add events to
Google Calendar on your PC. In case it's Outlook, I've found that for some
reason Outlook will sometimes not add an event to a calendar provided by
another service (such as a Google Calendar), even if the account being used
is provided by a service other than Outlook. For example, if I try to add an
event to my Google calendar using Outlook on my PC, the event will only show
up in Outlook, despite the fact that I'm signed into my personal Gmail
account or my Google-based work account. I know this because, if I open the
Google Calendar app on my phone or the Google Calendar website on my PC, the
event doesn't show. All that to say that the most reliable way I've found to
be sure that an event is actually displayed in my Google Calendar and I'm
reminded of it on all devices is to create it either in the Google Calendar
app on iOS or the Google Calendar website (calendar.google.com) using Chrome
on Windows. Personally I think the iOS app is easier, though both work well.
Hope this helps!
Chris

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Strange google Calendar
Hello all,
My calendar has been behaving oddly lately and I'm not sure if it is me or
Google.
Let me I've been adding events to the calendar on the PC using Windows 11
and then when I try to find them later, the items are not there. Does
anybody have similar experiences or am I falling asleep at the keyboard
lol!.
Thanks for any suggestions?
Kerryann F.. Ifill
