I do appreciate your support on this, I really do, I also would like to express my hesitancy of this resolution, which is why I voted no. I went to HKNC as a student, was an intern, was a formal trainer for ICC and I've been a client off and on, so I cannot get behind this
Best regards,
Katresolution.

Nowhere on the Perkins website who manages 21 States, does it say that a braille sense is a computer. Furthermore, Perkins is not the only partner. There are other states, that handle their own ICC training and equipment orders. Colorado is one of them. I agree that a Braille sense is not a computer, but this resolution is simply not accurate. If somebody wants Perkins and the ICC program to know this, it can be done by a reworded resolution that is based more on fact.
