Hi Raul, a couple of tools I use.
There is a plug-in for Word called Writage. https://www.writage.com/
I use this a lot since Word is where I do most of my work. It both reads and writes markdown, so if you get a file with a .md extension, Word becomes the default in Windows and pressing Enter on the file in File Explorer opens it in Word. Markdown becomes a file format in the save options. It creates accurate, clean markdown.
If you are a JAWS user, Leasey from Hartgen Consultancy, which is a huge productivity enhancer in so many ways, has full markdown support. Historically, you used this in conjunction with a plain text editor. But in Leasey 11.5, he has introduced several applications as part of the suite, one of which is called Leasey Word which has native Markdown support.
