Fully agree with this assessment, we cannot recommend it for daily use currently, hence my recommendation of the more stable solutions earlier.

Quill has a great deal of promise and it could become quite a shining star in our community. Right now, though, it's still in beta and you may run into unexpected issues with it. However, if it works for you and you're happy with it in its current state then by all means use and enjoy it.

Try here, this was built by Jeff bishop along with the folks through Bits and ACB. It is called quill, it's completely screen reader agnostic and has everything you could ever want in an editor and word processor combined. Raul you can even set your default new document format to markdown if you want. And best of all, there are no ribbons! Just a nice, clean, old school menu bar like in Word 2003 and earlier!
